Employees with PCard privileges must adhere to all of Mohawk’s policies and follow the procedures outlined below. IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:

  • Statement Drop – 25th of the month

  • PCard Expense Report submitted by 20th of the month after Statement Drop

  • PCard Suspension – 5th of the following month (if expense report not submitted)
