June 5, 2019: Need for Speed

With e-sign messages, there's a need for speed. We all want our messages to be designed and shared as quickly as possible.One way to help make sure your e-signs are posted in the standard two business days timeframe is to follow a few simple steps before submitting your e-sign message:


  • Proofread: Read over your e-sign submission after you’ve typed it out. Check for typos and make sure that all words and names are spelled correctly.
  • Double check you’ve included all information: We know that it’s sometimes hard to have all the details of an event, but including as much as you can really helps when submitting an e-sign. It might also be helpful to wait until you have all the information before submitting an e-sign. Because e-signs are custom designed for you, it takes at least two business days to make corrections. This also includes adding correct photos and attachments.
  • Submit e-signs in the correct format: Please remember that we cannot accept fliers, ads or pre-made e-signs. If you have something like this that needs to be on an e-sign, please contact someone in corporate communications, and we can help you out!
