Many of you are currently in the process of submitting e-signs with HR contact information for your location(s). We’re really excited about sharing this information through the e-sign system and appreciate your commitment to keeping employees informed and engaged. As you go through this process – or any other e-sign submissions – remember the following:
- We do not accept fliers or PowerPoint slides as e-signs: These file formats typically aren't sized correctly for e-signs, which means we must redesign the submission for correct sizing and compatibility.
- Type the information you would like displayed into the text box: To ensure your e-signs are correct, please type (or copy and paste) the text you want to appear in the message into the box on the submission form (see example below). We cannot easily extract text from attachments, and re-typing information increases the potential for error.
- Submit the highest resolution photos you have: When photos are placed into a Word document or PowerPoint presentation, they are compressed. Even though the image may look the same as it did before, there are fewer pixels and the image will be blurry if the size is increased. When submitting e-signs, use the original photo or highest resolution photo you have.
