This week, our community of practice reached an unprecedented milestone – 10,000 unique e-sign submissions for 2018.
While we place a strong emphasis on these submission numbers, it’s important that we don’t ever lose sight of what they really mean. Each of these 10,000 messages represent a strategic effort to inform, engage, recognize and help retain employees across the enterprise while also encouraging them to work safely and productively.
This is an incredible accomplishment, and it wouldn’t be possible without each of you. Thank you for your dedication to communicating consistently with employees and your partnership in making our e-sign channel the best in the world.
Thanks again for your continued support!
As we move into the end of the year, Corporate Communications will modify our e-sign production schedule to accommodate the holidays. Please note the schedule below for Thanksgiving, and look for more information on the Christmas/New Year schedule in upcoming COP messages.
The Corporate Communications team will observe Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 22, and a floating holiday on Friday, November 23. In order to guarantee posting before or during the holiday weekend, please submit e-sign messages no later than Monday, November 19. Messages submitted after November 19 may not post on your screens until the following week. Thank you for your assistance as we work to provide you with the best and fastest possible service. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Our e-sign channel provides a unique opportunity to communicate with employees consistently and efficiently. We hope you’ll partner with us by submitting compelling content for your e-signs, providing feedback on the system and helping us continually develop this community of practice. If someone at your site is currently submitting e-signs but is not on this list, please let us know so we can add them.
