Serving operations and business units across the enterprise, the Corporate Learning Team is dedicated to providing E-learning, learning management and leadership programs throughout the Company. In addition to these services, the team also provides support with digitizing paper forms, leadership coaching, soft skill development, technical training, funding and training reimbursements.

One major technical skills initiative the team is working to make a reality is a Company-wide apprenticeship program in mechatronics. Once fully implemented, this program will combine on-the-job training and the classroom education required for an associate’s degree in applied science for eligible participants at facilities across the country.
