We’re proud to have many outstanding leaders across the enterprise including Commercial Hard Surface Director Allie Finkell and Public Relations Manager Sarah Tuck, who were both recently named to Floor Focus Magazine’s list of “25 Future Leaders Under 40.”
Allie has accomplished much during her relatively short tenure with Mohawk, including the introduction of 100 new LVT products and driving a 100% sales growth over last year.

She plays a critical role in product development, spearheads Mohawk Group’s resilient marketing strategy, manages operational issues, aids in sales opportunities and, at the end of the day, never feels too important to drop a sample off at FedEx,” Sr. VP of Commercial Resilient Business for Mohawk Group, Dave Thoresen said.
Similarly, Sarah Tuck has shown exceptional leadership skills and a keen understanding of Mohawk’s business objectives in her role as Public Relations Manager for Mohawk Flooring, Karastan, Mohawk Group, Durkan and Mohawk International.
